Q:Question:Witam kupiłem formule rok temu i w promocji było 18mcy aktualizacji ale nie mam dostempu do funkcji dtc off itp czy to normalne Answer this question
A:Answer:
Cześć 😊 Rozumiem Twoje pytanie. Okres 18 miesięcy aktualizacji oznacza dostęp do aktualizacji oprogramowania i nowych protokołów w tym okresie. Funkcje zaawansowane, takie jak DTC OFF / IMMO OFF oraz inne funkcje online, wymagają aktywnej subskrypcji. Proszę prześlij mi swój numer seryjny urządzenia (S/N) oraz numer zamówienia, a sprawdzimy status Twojego urządzenia i subskrypcji. Sprawdzimy to dla Ciebie. 😊

Q:Question:Which features work with a subscription and which ones work without one? Answer this question
A:Answer:
Great question — let me clarify how the subscription works: With an active subscription (€179/year after the first free year), you get: All new software updates and new ECU protocols Advanced cloud functions like DTC/DPF/GPF/EGR/EVAP/AdBlue OFF Access to the latest features added in each version Without a subscription (after the free period ends), you keep: ✅ All basic read/write functions for ECUs and TCUs ✅ Checksum correction ✅ IMMO off, VIN modification, DTC cleaning, and power upgrade on already-supported ECUs ✅ The existing software version you have installed What you lose: ❌ New software updates or new ECU support ❌ Advanced cloud services (DTC/DPF/GPF/EGR/AdBlue OFF, etc.) In short: The device keeps working as a powerful tuning tool without a subscription — you just don't get the latest updates. The annual fee is optional and only needed if you want to stay current with new vehicles and features. Hope that helps! Let me know if you'd like more details. 😊 Best regards, Elsa
